Event Information and Logistics
3DEXPERIENCE World brings together a vibrant community of designers, engineers, entrepreneurs and business leaders. This dynamic event is your opportunity to explore the latest innovations in the 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio and the SOLIDWORKS ecosystem.
All main conference activities will take place at the George R. Brown Convention Center (1001 Avenida de las Americas, Houston, TX 77010) in downtown Houston.
Yes, the event is 18+, with the exception of students attending on Wednesday for the Student Day Program.
Our conference agenda will be coming soon and can be viewed on our conference website.
No, the hotels are all within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the George R. Brown Convention Center.
The Special Event will take place on Tuesday, February 3 from 7pm-10pm at the NASA Johnson Space Center. Join us for "Houston...We Have a Party!" This event is open for all full conference pass holders, as well as those Expo Only, Tuesday, and Booth Staff attendees who purchased the Special Event add-on. You must have your badge and photo ID in order to attend the Special Event – there will be no exceptions.
Shuttles services will be provided to and from the NASA Johnson Space Center. Pickup and dropoff at the George R. Brown Convention Center - Ground Level.

Agenda and Breakout Sessions
There are over 250 breakout sessions of all different topics and skill levels – there really is something for everyone. This year’s breakout session categories range from Mechanical Design to Rendering and Marketing, and a whole lot more!
The breakout session catalog is linked on the 3DEXPERIENCE World conference website.
In order to add sessions to your agenda, you must be registered for the conference. You can register for breakout sessions by logging into the session catalog with your 3DEXPERIENCE World username and password.
Seating for breakout sessions is based upon availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis onsite. There is no waitlist for breakout sessions. Hands-On Workshop sessions require pre-registration and are available to customer full conference attendees only. Employees, partners and press will not be able to register for Hands-On Workshop sessions. If a Hands-On Workshop session reaches capacity, you can select to join the waitlist and you will be notified if space becomes available. There will also be a limited number of theater seats at the back of the Hands-On Workshop rooms for attendees who would like to observe the presentation, but not participate in the hands-on experience. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis onsite.

Yes, all of the user sessions are recorded and are available (along with the presentation documents) after the conference ends. We will send an email with the link to access the recorded sessions once they are available approximately two weeks after the close of the event.
We will have the recordings available to distribute two weeks after the close of the event.
Registration
You can input your discount code at the end of the registration process on the ‘Payment’ page.
We would love to have your guest join us at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 for our Tuesday Special Event. Full Conference and Partner attendees can purchase a pass to bring a guest to our Tuesday special event for $250.00.
For those attendees that have paid for a conference pass, cancellation requests must be received in writing from the original attendee or credit card owner and received on or before 5:00 PM EST, January 16, 2026 in order to receive any refund of fees. Each cancellation request, for those attendees who have paid for a conference pass, will be subject to a $200 service charge, depending on the cost of the pass, which will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Cancellation requests received after 5:00 PM EST, January 16, 2026 or no shows at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 are not entitled to any refund of fees.
During the registration process when entering your contact details, you will have the opportunity to indicate if you require a visa letter. You will be required to enter your passport number and contact details.

You can register to attend Sunday’s Certification Exams and/or Cloud Services Training through the Session Catalog which will be available in early November.
Accommodations
Yes, we have contracted with specific hotels near the George R. Brown Convention Center. Be sure to book your hotel accommodations before the cut-off date, coming soon, in order to get the discounted conference rate. You must book your hotel through the hotel reservation portal in order to get the special rate. After the cut-off date, hotel rooms will be available at the hotel rate.

Live Stream
You can watch the live stream on live.solidworks.com and the SOLIDWORKS YouTube channel.
We will be live streaming the General Sessions and Keynotes, interviews with executives, speakers and guests, and glimpses into many other aspects of the conference. The full agenda for the livestream will be posted to the event website prior to the first day of the conference. All of the livestream sessions will be available after the event and everything can be viewed on live.solidworks.com.
Mobile App Information
3DEXPERIENCE World

The 3DEXPERIENCE World mobile app can be found in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store by searching 3DEXPERIENCE World. The app will be available for download soon!
To log into the mobile app, use the same email address and password you used while creating an account during registration. If you forgot your password, use the “forgot password” option and follow the provided steps.
The mobile app is your gateway to the 3DEXPERIENCE World event. On the app you can view your agenda, schedule additional sessions, engage and network with other attendees, and more. Download today and play the 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 game by attending sessions and joining the scavenger hunt for the chance to win great prizes.

Conference lunch and breaks are included in this year's purchase of a full conference pass, as well as, our evening receptions on Sunday and Monday evening, and the Special Event on Tuesday evening. Breakfast will not provided by the conference this year and is the responsibility of the attendee. Students and Expo Hall only passes can add on lunch for $75. We recommend that you dress business casual.
All conference program information is accessible via the 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 Mobile App. The conference app will be available for download in early February and will enable attendees to build personalized agendas, view course information and speaker details, navigate the convention center with interactive maps and floorplans, preview and plan their visit to the 3DEXPERIENCE World Playground, and network with other World attendees. A printed Agenda-at-a-Glance guide will also be available on site at registration.
