Want to get Certified? All of our attendees can choose from a variety of SOLIDWORKS and 3DEXPERIENCE® platform exams to demonstrate their competency using those platforms and earn industry-recognized certifications at the event.
Free Certification Exams at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026
This year not only are we offering our normal Certification Sunday, February 1, 2026, but we will also offer an opportunity to take exams on Monday afternoon, February 2nd. You will be able to sign up for the certification exam sessions through the 3DEXPERIENCE World app. This is your chance to earn industry-recognized credentials to advance your career. You will be allowed to take any of the exams listed below including the CSWE as long as you meet the prerequisites! And yes, if you pass the SOLIDWORKS CAD Design Expert exam on Sunday or Monday morning you will be eligible to attend the CSWE Party on Monday evening!
We’ll host a Sunday morning session (10am - 2pm) and afternoon session (3pm - 7pm), as well as, a Monday afternoon session (1:00pm – 4:00pm). Those who attempt an exam on Sunday or Monday will also receive access to two additional exams that can be taken anytime during February 15, 2026 - March 31, 2026. If you cannot join us on Sunday or Monday, we understand! However, you will still receive access to one exam that can be taken anytime during February 15, 2026 - March 31, 2026.
*NOTE: Students will not be able to take certification exams during conference hours. All students that attend the conference will receive a free certification voucher post conference.
SOLIDWORKS Design Expert (CSWE)
A Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert is someone who easily demonstrates the ability to utilize advanced functions and features to solve complex modeling challenges.
SOLIDWORKS Design Professional (CSWP)
A Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional is an individual who has successfully passed our advanced skills examination.
SOLIDWORKS MBD Professional (CSWP-MBD)
The completion of the SOLIDWORKS Model-based Definition Professional exam shows that you have successfully demonstrated your ability to use SOLIDWORKS MBD functionality and tools.
SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal Professional (CSWP-SM)
The completion of the Certified SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal Professional exam shows that you have successfully demonstrated your capability to use SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal tools.
SOLIDWORKS Weldments Professional (CSWP-WD)
The completion of the SOLIDWORKS Weldments Professional exam proves that you have successfully demonstrated your capability to use the SOLIDWORKS tools for Weldments.
SOLIDWORKS Surfacing Professional (CSWP-SU)
The completion of the SOLIDWORKS Surfacing Professional exam shows that you have successfully demonstrated your ability to use SOLIDWORKS Advanced Surfacing tools.
SOLIDWORKS Drawing Tools Professional (CSWP-DT)
