Terms and Conditions for Registration, Attendance and Participation 
3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 (“Event”)

 

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:

 

For those attendees that have paid for a conference pass, cancellation requests must be received in writing from the original attendee or credit card owner and received on or before 5:00 PM EST, January 2, 2026 in order to receive any refund of fees. Each cancellation request, for those attendees who have paid for a conference pass, will be subject to a $200 service charge, depending on the cost of the pass, which will be deducted from any amounts refunded. Cancellation requests received after 5:00 PM EST, January 2, 2026 or no shows at 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 are not entitled to any refund of fees.

 

Conduct and Attendance:

 

Attendee (“You,” “you,” “Your”, or “your”) acknowledge that you will not:
• Create a disruption or hindrance of the Event;
• Upload, reproduce, post, display, license, sublicense or otherwise make available any content that is offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, infringing on the rights on any party, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or contrary to any applicable law and/or regulation;
• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content provided during the Event;¬¬
• Upload, reproduce, post, display, license, sublicense or otherwise make available any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available for attendees during the Event;
• Stalk or otherwise harass another attendee of the Event; 
• Harm minors in any way; or
• Violate in any manner any applicable law(s).

 

You may not record or broadcast audio or video of the Event or the Event sessions. 

 

You may not copy or reproduce any trademarks, trade name, or other intellectual property appearing in the Event or in connection with the Event.

 

Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation (“DS SolidWorks”), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove you and terminate your participation in the Event if you fail to abide by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of such removal and termination, you forfeit any fees paid to attend the Event.

 

Photographs and Videos

 

You understand that pictures and/or video may be taken during the course of the Event. By attending the Event, you hereby give DS SolidWorks the right and permission to fix, record, reproduce, representant, display, broadcast, film, photograph, publish, adapt through montage, and cut, directly or via a third party authorized DS SolidWorks, in whole or in part, my image, voice, name, position and words for internal and/or external communication, promotional purposes, and/or marketing purposes (such as, but not limited to, conferences with or presentations to employees, clients or prospects). This authorization is granted for any use whatsoever known or hereinafter created, including but not limited to Internet broadcasting (in particular via websites or social networks); television and cinema broadcasting; any medium or material, analogue or digital, capable of fixing and reproducing sound and/or images (in particular CD, CD-ROM, DVD, DVD-ROM, Mini-Disc, DAT, computer files in any format, USB key, floppy disk, tape, hard disk drive, interactive terminal, computer server); all publishing media by all means and all format (in particular leaflets); all press and public relations media by all means and all format (in particular magazines); all outdoor display media by all means and all formats (in particular posters). This authorization is granted worldwide for as long as needed but no longer than five (5) years, and is granted without any compensation whatsoever, including financial. You waive any right to inspect or approve the resulting works or the use thereof. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed for the purposes described above and according to the Dassault Systèmes Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.3ds.com/privacy-policy/contact/.

During or after the Event that you are attending, you may submit photographs of yourself taken during the Event to DS SolidWorks. By submitting these photographs to DS SolidWorks, you acknowledge and agree that your image may be stored and used, on any media, worldwide, for as long as needed but no longer than five (5) years, for DS SolidWorks’ marketing and internal and external communication purposes in relation to the Event. In addition, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed for the purposes described above and according to the Dassault Systèmes Privacy Policy accessible at https://www.3ds.com/privacy-policy/contact/.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DASSAULT SYSTÈMES SOLIDWORKS CORPORATION, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY PERSON OR COMPANY RELATED TO THE EVENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE “EVENT PROVIDERS”) BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES FOR ANY OF THEIR ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH EVENT PROVIDER HAS BEEN APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS. IN NO EVENT WILL THE EVENT PROVIDERS’ LIABILITY HEREUNDER, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO IT BY YOU. THE EVENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN ANY LISTING OR DESCRIPTIONS OR CONTENT. THE EVENT PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, HARM OR INJURY TO THE PERSON, PROPERTY, OR BUSINESS OF YOU, OR ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF THE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT, THE EVENT, ACCIDENT, OR ANY OTHER REASON IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT. .

 

Personal Data

 

DS SolidWorks needs to collect certain Personal Data from you in order for you to attend the Event, 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026. The Personal Data collected for this purpose will be handled by RainFocus, a subcontractor acting on behalf of DS SolidWorks.
The processing of your Personal Data by DS SolidWorks and its processor RainFocus for the purpose of attending 3DEXPERIENCE World 2026 will be processed in accordance with the Dassault Systèmes privacy policy.

 

Nth Degree will process and protect your payment information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

Declaration

 

I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for Registration, Attendance and Participation. For those who have paid for a conference pass, I understand that cancellation requests received on or before 5 PM EST January 2, 2026 will be subject to a $200 service charge, depending on the cost of the pass and that cancellation requests received after 5 PM EST January 2, 2026 or any failure to attend the Event shall not be eligible for a refund of fees.
